  the only reason im not giving them 0 stars is because after I called T Mobile Customer Service they actually did their job correctly. First of all I asked them to check my account to make sure I was correctly assuming what was going on with my phone plan and the representative was already throwing prices at me. After his abrasive tantrum was over, he was looking at my account for 20 minutes. He finally concluded that I didnt have to pay $180 for the owned phone that I got through my insurance??(which I already paid $180 for??). Since I was due for an upgrade, I had already checked the T Mobile website to see how much a NEW phone would be for ME with MY plan. The phone itself was $25 which was correct, but then they thought they could try to charge me an extra $30 for some bs reason. I then called T Mobile customer service and they told me that I was right and that I shouldn't be charged an extra $30, so they had to call the store and have them price me correctly lol :) I would rather buy a plane ticket to Florida and go to a T Mobile store down there then ever revisit this location. If you really have no other option than to go to this store I HIGHLY recommend calling customer service to help them because none of them know what they are doing
